I just got my new 5D MK ii today! Since my family was here I thought I'd shoot a little test footage. Sorry about the camera shake, obviously it's all handheld.
(FYI I didn't use any of the actual audio from this footage. Everything is added in post.)
I just had another shoot with Brandan right before he went to Vegas for Mr. Olympia. There's one sick athlete for you.
I'm constantly fascinated by the process of making movies, but my current camera only shoots stills, so I've been playing with the idea of creating photos with the feel of movie frames. I only use constant lighting for this style, and do as many effects in camera as possible, so eventually I may actually be able to shoot film clips with the same look. Here are some of the shots I've done so far.
If that's not enough for you, how about a movie poster to top it off?
It's been a year since I've updated. Sorry about that. Here's a little glimpse into what I've been keeping busy with.
